A:Mostly Europe,then Japan,Russia.Our biggest custom is De fonseca S.p.A,and we have supplied goods for 35 years.

Q: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, we can do OEM products. 

Q:What is your main product, and do you do anything else?

A:We are specialized in home slippers,especially craft slippers.

Q:How can I get some samples? 

A: We are honored to offer you samples.If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect.If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

About the price: 

 Q: How can I get the discount?

 A: The discount is up to your order quantity. We will offer you different discount base on your different quanity.

Your repeat order can help you get a bigger discount. Delivery time, material and craft will influence the price.

About the quality:

1. Q: How do you control the quality?

  A: Our quality level is AQL2.0/4.0, and our factory have Disney audit.

Our QC department will control the quality on line for you, it is also welcomed that your QC come and inspect the quality.

2. Q: How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

A: Tell us how many bad goods, sending us the photos, we will response for it immediately, and deal them properly with you. 

Payment Term:

For normal orders, we accept T/T 30% deposit, the balance to be paid against copy of B/L.

D/P, L/C is also acceptable, but of course we prefer T/T, which is much easier for both of us.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

As we are a factory, we do not make stock, so we need a MOQ to start a production. Quantity means a lot to the price, so it is better to let us know the quantity if you ask for quotation.
